Jobs that fit you.Not your resume.

Most tools match keywords on a PDF. The Candidature learns what you actually do well, the work you want more of, and what you are done with. Then it finds roles that fit the person and drafts a tailored resume for each one, with every change laid out for your review. Nothing is sent without your approval.

How The Candidature works

  • Beyond the big boards

Roles from hiring threads and company career pages that never reach the feeds.

  • Built from your real experience

Resumes tailored to each role. A skill that is not yours never appears.

  • You give the go-ahead

Every application waits for your approval before it is sent.

01Your profile

The resume is where it starts. Not where it stops.

Upload your resume, then tell The Candidature the rest in your own words: the work you are proud of, what you want more of, and what you are done with. Every match, every draft, and every brief is measured against that fuller picture of you.

In your own words

A short pitch, real stories from your work, and the things to emphasize or avoid.

Preferences that carry weight

Seniority, pay, location, and industry shape every match score, not just a filter.

One profile powers everything

The same picture of you drives discovery, resume drafts, and company briefs.

Candidate profile with portrait, pitch in their own words, impact stories, and work style

02Discovery

Openings from where the big boards don't look.

Scout reads hiring threads, startup communities, and company career pages directly. Many of these roles belong to smaller companies that never post to the big feeds, so most applicants never see them. Each one is scored against your whole profile, with the reasons shown.

Read at the source

Hiring threads, Wellfound, BuiltIn, and Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby career pages.

Scored on what matters to you

Skills, seniority, location, pay, and industry, each weighed from your profile with evidence attached.

Companies you would never have searched for

The right role at a team you had not heard of is the point.

03The briefing

Your search, on one calm page.

Each day opens with a briefing, not a feed: what Scout found overnight, your strongest match, and the one action worth taking. Open any role and the full picture is already assembled, from the original posting to what we know about the company.

One recommended next move

A clear starting point each morning instead of forty notifications.

The full story on every role

The original posting, the fit evidence, pay signal, and company research in one place.

Decide and move on

Queue it, save it, or pass. The Candidature acts only on your call.

04Resume Studio

Tailored to the role. True to you.

For every job you pursue, the Studio drafts a resume that lines your experience up with what that company is asking for. Every change is laid over your original, so you can approve, reject, or rewrite each one before it goes anywhere.

Starts from your real resume

Your base resume is the only source. A skill that is not yours never appears.

Matched to the posting

Wording, order, and emphasis follow what the role asks for, with a readiness score against the posting's own language.

Every change, your call

See exactly what was added, rewritten, or removed, and rule on each one.

05Applying

Say yes to the role. Nothing moves without you.

Pick the matches worth pursuing and queue them, with the tailored resume you already reviewed attached. One rule governs the whole pipeline: you see any application in full before it goes anywhere, and sending is always your call.

Starts from your yes

A role enters the queue only when you choose it, with the resume you approved attached.

Every step, visible

Each role is tracked on your board from first yes to final outcome, so you always know where it stands.

You give the final OK

No application is submitted until you have reviewed and approved it. That rule does not bend.

Will it apply to jobs without me?

No. You see every finished application first: the form, the answers, and the attached resume. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

06Correspondence

A real search shouldn't run through your personal inbox.

Applications generate mail: acknowledgments, rejections, recruiter screens, scheduling threads. The Candidature is building your search its own inbox, where every reply lands attached to the job it belongs to and you can answer without digging through your personal email.

Every thread, attached to its job

Employer replies file themselves against the application they answer.

Reply without leaving the record

Answer a recruiter from the same page you track the role on.

Nothing gets lost

The whole conversation stays with the job, from first apply to offer.

On the slate

The search should end with a calendar invite.

Where this is going next. Your search inbox already knows when an interview is being scheduled. Here is what we are building on top of it.

01

A calendar and to-do list, built from your mail

Interviews, deadlines, and follow-ups pulled out of employer threads and onto one schedule.

02

Interviews scheduled for you

Connect your own calendar, set the hours you are willing to meet, and let it book the slot.

Why you can let it act for you.

Everything above only works if you can hand the product your name. These commitments are built into how it works, not promised in fine print.

No invented user counts. No testimonials written before launch. Judge the product itself.

01

Built only from your real experience

Resume drafts start from your base resume and nothing else. A skill that is not yours never appears.

02

You approve every submission

The product prepares the work. Sending it is always your decision.

03

No recruiter commission

You are the customer, not the product. We take no fee from employers or recruiters.

04

Your data stays yours

Your resume and search history live in your account and are used only to run your search.

Will it ever send something I haven't seen?

No. It prepares the work, then pauses at the finished application. You see the answers, the resume, and everything attached before anything goes out.

Questions

Questions, answered.

The short version of what The Candidature does, what it will not do, and what it costs.

Why are there no testimonials on this page?

The Candidature has not launched yet. Instead of borrowed proof, this page shows the real interface so you can judge the product directly.

Will it apply to jobs without me?

No. You see every finished application first: the form, the answers, and the attached resume. Nothing is sent until you approve it.

Can the resume drafts invent experience?

No. Drafts are bound to your base resume, which is the only source of truth. The studio tailors emphasis and wording for each role and lists every change for your review.

What does it cost?

Briefing is $19 per month. Search is $59 per month, or $590 per year with two months free. No commission, no offer percentage, and no hidden submissions.

When does early access open?

Early access opens in waves. Waitlist members receive setup instructions by email before their access opens.

Get your first briefing ready before the search starts.
