Who we are.

The Candidature is a small studio building one tool, carefully. We are not a recruiting platform, not a job board, and not a venture-funded marketplace. We are a workshop for senior professionals who would rather present themselves well than apply often.

The word predates the modern search. A candidature is the act of putting yourself forward, in full, to be considered. A case, well-made, to the right audience, at the right moment. The product takes that older meaning seriously. It reads your work. It watches the right rooms. It drafts each submission in your voice, shows you the evidence behind the choice, and submits only on your say-so.

How we work

One operator behind the studio. No growth team, no sales pipeline, no enterprise tier. The roadmap is decided by what makes the morning briefing more useful, not by what is most fundable.

The product is source-bound by design. Your profile, resume material, preferences, and review gates shape what gets drafted. The studio does not sell candidate data, does not take recruiter commission, and does not submit anything without your approval.
