Two doors

If you are signed in and something in the product is broken, wrong, or confusing, use the report button in the bottom corner of any page. It attaches what the app was doing at that moment, which usually saves a round of questions. It reaches the same person as the email address above.

For everything that is not a problem with the product, write to the address above.

What to expect

Most messages get a real reply within two business days, whichever door you use. Some take a week when the studio is deep in build mode. We answer every honest enquiry, even the ones we cannot help with.
