# The Candidature

> The Candidature is a pre-launch SaaS application that finds jobs that fit the person, not just the resume. It builds a working profile of each candidate beyond the resume, reads hiring threads and company career pages the big boards miss, scores each opening against the whole profile with reasons, and drafts tailored resumes with every change reviewable. End-to-end application preparation and a dedicated search inbox arrive with early access. Nothing is sent without the candidate's approval. Private beta access opens in waves.

## What it is
- Audience: white-collar knowledge workers in finance, engineering, and product actively searching for roles. Early access is by launch list.
- Fit over keywords: matching runs against a fuller profile (the candidate's own words, preferences, and priorities), not keyword overlap with a PDF.
- Built from real experience: tailored materials can re-emphasize, reorder, and rephrase real experience, but they cannot invent skills, titles, or jobs.
- Human sign-off: prepared applications pause with the completed form, answers, and attached materials visible, and nothing is sent until the candidate approves it.
- Pricing: plans start at $19 per month for Briefing, $59 per month for the full Search tier (or $590 per year with two months free), $149 per month for Coach, and a sales-led Concierge engagement at $2,500. Joining the waitlist is free. No recruiter commission and no placement cut.

- Discovery (Scout): reads hiring threads, startup communities, and Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby career pages directly, and scores each opening against the whole profile.
- Briefing: a daily summary with the strongest match and one recommended next action.
- Resume Studio (Tailor): drafts tailored resumes from real experience; every change can be approved, rejected, or rewritten individually.
- Applying (arriving with early access): applications prepared end to end and sent only after the candidate approves the finished application.
- Correspondence (arriving with early access): a dedicated search inbox where employer replies stay attached to the application they answer.
- Upcoming (in development, not live): a calendar and to-do list built from search mail, external calendar connect with auto-scheduled interviews, and an adjustable autonomy setting.
